A Memorable Week

I have not fallen into a hole and disappeared forever, but I have missed my online blogging friends during this past week! I just finished a lovely trip to the ACFW conference and then to Westerville, Ohio, the home of my upcoming trilogy. Here are some images from the journey.

In this photo, my husband and I celebrate the ACFW banquet by donning our period attire.

I soaked in the ambiance of my novel's hometown and the historic home of my central characters. Yes, that is my hero's name on the historical marker! I was thrilled to see their family name everywhere in this small town.

The parlor of the Hanbys' home!

The historic home of the heroine of the second novel, Kate Winter.

Thanks, Caroline! I would love to have coffee soon. I just drove in a few minutes ago, but as soon as I get things straightened out on the home front I'll PM you.

Terri, I would love to meet you next year. I hope you can come.

Tamika, thank you. It was indeed wonderful, especially visiting their graves--but I'll talk about that next week.

You and hubby looked great at the banquet and I've already shown your picture to my friends and family.
Great shots of your setting too! How exciting to stand right there beside the grave marker.
Can't wait to read your stories,
Blessings

You guys looked incredible! And I loved meeting you both. Wish we could do a conference like that quarterly. I couldn't handle the lack of sleep any more often than that.
